Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Because our collection includes items from different suppliers, delivery times vary by product:

Standard shipping (US-based inventory): 5-8 business days
International/select items: 12-20 business days

The estimated delivery time will be noted on the product page when it differs from standard shipping. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We currently ship to standard addresses within the United States. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping to a P.O. Box or military address.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Velvet Hour is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply to your order. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
Velvet Hour is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team so we can help resolve the issue.
